I have completed my order, how do I access and download the PDF version of the product?

If the product you have bought has a digital PDF version (to check see if an 'Available for immediate download' label appears on the cover image on the product page) you can download this as soon as your order is confirmed - all you need to do is:

click on the LOGIN link at the top of the page
enter your username and password, if you are a new customer you will have entered these details to create your account with us. If you cannot remember your password click on the reminder link and we will send you a new password.
once logged in click on the MY ACCOUNT link at the top pf page
then select ORDER HISTORY form the left navigation menu - all of your orders inclusive of links to product downloads where aplicable will be displayed
